Appliqué Embroidery

Patch Embroidery
Instead of sewing directly onto the garment, designs are embroidered onto twill or felt patches first, then heat-pressed or stitched onto products. Perfect for detailed logos, mixed materials, or bulk runs across different items.

EMBROIDERY PRICING FACTORS
Our screen printing prices depends on 6 key things:
1. Order Quantity
The more you order, the better your price per.
2. Style & Brand
We offer everything from budget basics to premium name brands. The garment you choose will affect your total cost.
3. Size & Stitch Count
Standard embroidery includes designs up to 4x4” (around 10,000 stitches). More complex or larger designs may add up to $2 per additional 1,000 stitches.
4. Placement & Location
Additional embroidery placements (like sleeve, back, or side logos) or difficult areas increase run time and setup per item.
5. Garment Type
“Hard-to-hoop” items may add cost due to extra handling and alignment time to ensure clean, accurate stitching.
6. Rush or Standard Timeline
We offer rush options, but standard turnaround (15 business days) gives you the best value.
